Pet Policy

Pets/Animals are family at Ruxton Landing. 2 pets/animals maximum {dog(s)/cat(s)}, 1 of which can be a large dog. ESA/Service Animals are included in the maximum count. Pet/Animal Registration Requirements: Photo of pet(s)/animal(s), Approved Veterinary, Breed and Temperament Certification for dogs/pets only (Must be completed by a licensed veterinarian), Verification of vaccination records (Rabies vaccination), Meet & greet with office staff (dogs only), and a signed Pet/Animal Addendum. Pet Costs: $300 non-refundable fee for 1 pet OR $400 non-refundable fee for 2 pets. $35 monthly pet rent (regardless of number of pets). 🐶 Breed Restrictions (for pets). The following dog breeds — including mixes of these breeds are not permitted to reside at or visit the Premises or Property under any circumstance. Alaskan Malamute, Akita, American Bulldog, Cane Corso (Italian Mastiff), Chow Chow, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Husky (including Siberian Husky), Malamute, Mastiff (including Bull Mastiff and Neapolitan Mastiff), Pit Bull (including Pit Bull Terrier, American Pit Bull, Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier), Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Wolf, Wolf-Dog Hybrid (including all wolf-like dog breeds) or any aggressive pet. ⚠️ Exception: Pet/animal privileges may be revoked if it is observed exhibiting aggressive behavior or poses a risk to staff, neighbors, or other animals.
